We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Free shipping applies to new orders only. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, which will not be refunded for returned items.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging when possible

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Underwear & Nightwear if the hygiene seal has been broken

Simple Return Process

  2. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning including the original packing slip.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange
  • Specify your preferred replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item and confirm availability
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded accordingly)

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
