Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging when possible

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (unless faulty) and underwear/nightwear from our Underwear & Nightwear collection if the hygiene seal has been broken.

Simple Return Process

  2. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning including the original packing slip.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at:

  4. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred replacement item.
  2. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item and confirm availability of your replacement.
  3. If the replacement item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Refunds exclude any import duties/taxes paid
